Using her unique experience as a former multi-unit franchise owner she works with small businesses to organize their franchisor framework and assist entrepreneurs seeking franchise opportunities.

She created the S.C.A.L.E. Methodology helping busy CEO’s understand the appropriate levers and metrics to scale and grow fiscally sound business with sustainability. Her passion for small business is an extension of her own entrepreneurial enterprises.
